I found again and again, also can not get any text
about PyBool_FromLong(), but it can use in module
writed in C (Python 2.3.3 on Linux, at least).

If I did not browse Python source, may be I can not
known Python have this function.

Well, I can not sure if this is document bug, beacause
of I do not known wheather this API  is freeze.

I love Python.

Yes, it is a documentation bug.  It is in 2.4, though.  Just need to 
backport the docs in 2.4 to 2.3 sans Py_RETURN_* macros.

Turns out the docs have already been backported for 2.3.5 .  Closing as 
out of date.
