I think the module's docstring is wrong (and so is the tex
documentation, and this page too
http://docs.python.org/lib/module-unicodedata.html).

The URL for UnicodeData File Format 3.2.0 is
http://www.unicode.org/Public/3.2-Update/UnicodeData-3.2.0.html
now.
