Some of the information available from 'man python' is
not available anywhere else in the docs. In particular
there is no comprehensive, detailed listing of all the
command line options and environment variables.

Consequently this information is not available to users
on platforms that don't support man, such as Windows.

I suggest adding an appendix to the tutorial or
language reference that includes the info from the man
page.
