In 10.1 (distutils.core), it would be nice to have a
link to the full list of Trove classifiers.  There is
already a place for such a link in the table for the
setup() method; search for "XXX link to better
definition".  Here is the link to add:

http://www.python.org/pypi?:action=list_classifiers

I would say "a list of strings; see
http://www.python.org/pypi?:action=list_classifiers for
a list of all possible values"
