test_with.py was missed in the PEP 343 terminology
cleanup for Python alpha 2

PEP 343 itself still needs to be updated, too.

Creating this tracker item to record items needed to
finish the terminology cleanup post-alpha 2.

Nick, does anything still need to be done for this?  What
terminology needs to be fixed in test_with.py?

This all got dealt with when __context__() was removed. I
believe I left the bug report open with the intent of
closing it once we were happy that what went in to the first
beta was what we wanted to stick with for 2.5.

I'd say we've reached that point :)
