PEP 101 and 102 currently still describe the old way to
update the Python website. I noticed this, because I
wanted to add a note that wiki/BeginnersGuide/Download
needs to be updated as well.

Anthony, since you apparently know how to do the
updates right now, could you update PEP 101/102 with
the new procedure?

The PEPs don't know about SVN either.

PEP 101 is up to date.  I don't know about 102, it should probably be withdrawn, as 101 has all the info.
