In the SAX ContentHandler documentation
(html-doc/lib/content-handler-objects.html), references
are made to classes that are not described elsewhere,
Attributes and AttributesNS.

Bumping priority slightly since this is more important than
many of the current omissions, but not so much that it
should block the release.

This was more a matter of discoverability than of omission.
 These interfaces were already documented under the names of
their implementation classes.  The documentation has been
changed to refer only to interface names, and hyperlinks
have been added in strategic locations.

Fixed in Doc/lib/xmlsaxreader.tex revisions 1.4, 1.3.8.1,
and Doc/lib/xmlsaxhandler.tex 1.9, 1.8.6.1.
