In the Python Reference Manual 2/4/02 2.3a0 the Index
entry for the Import statement points to the wrong place.

There are a number of weird linking issues with regard to
the index entries in the HTML. These are due to differences
in processing models between the tools used for typeset
documentation and HTML generation.

I *think* I've fixed a lot of these (including the one
described in this report) by changing some of the
processing-order control in Doc/perl/python.perl revision 1.136.

I've also cleaned up some other indexing of import-related
documentation in Doc/ref/ref6.tex revision 1.67.
