On Windows 98SE with Acrobat reader 5.0.5
several pdf documents (inst.pdf, whatnew.pdf, ref.pdf,
etc) will not print although they display fine.
This has been observed on two computers and two printers
(Laser Jet IIIP, Brother HL-1650) neither with hardware
postscript emulation.
Sometimes the first page prints.
These systems can print other pdf documents

The same is true on Mac OS X, Acrobat Reader 5.0. Observed on a LaserJet 4500. It is also true for other documents formatted with the Python TeX macro stuff, such as the recent unicode document. Some documents print a few pages, some print nothing at all.
