Python documentation tarball untars into many dirs and
files. Unix programs and archives usually untar into
one dir so as not to clutter ~user when untarred there.
Please fix!

I've made changes to the packaging that will be used for the
Python 2.3 documentation. Each documentation package will
now unpack into a single directory, Python-Docs-$RELEASE,
which will contain all the files for the documentation
format which was downloaded. I think it's safe to overlap
unpacking of multiple formats of the same release.

These changes will not be included in future releases of the
2.2.x series.
