disable CallTips in config-mac.txt due to broken
tooltips in Tk.

The patch looks fine to me, but I'd like to get confirmation
from another Mac user that these are indeed reasonable key
bindings.

Good idea Martin, will do.  Guido wants this patch to be
ported to idlefork, so I guess it can be closed here.

There has been posted a memorandum on IDLE patches recently;
all change *must* be contributed to the idlefork project
here on SF. Rejecting this patch.
