I think the IDE output window should pop to the front if new output appears there. Especially on OSX, where it may be obscured not only by other IDE windows but also by windows from other apps, you often don't realise that the script has produced output.

I often play with a script interactively, with the output window and the 
script window side-by-side. For such use it would be awful to have to 
output window come on top every time. I don't know...

it can be obscured by other windows in just about any window
system, including X. So why especially on OSX?

As nothing happened (and Just didn't agree in the first place so there's a good chance that nothing is going to happen either:-) I'm retracting this bug.
