Just checking in my referer log, and got a number of
failed requests coming from:

The correct URL for PyGTK is
http://www.daa.com.au/~james/pygtk/ rather than
http://www.daa.com.au/james/pytgk/

There is a \~ (backslash tilde) in the file already.  Fred,
do tildes need to be escaped or is there a different way to
escape them?  The file is Doc/lib/tkinter.tex, lines 1822 -
1830.

Fixed in Doc/lib/tkinter.tex 1.15 and 1.10.6.5.
