Hi.

Python 2.2.2 (#37, Oct 14 2002, 17:02:34) [MSC 32 bit 
(Intel)] on win32

In my python local documentation, link 'Up: Python 
Documentation Index' in 'Global Module Index' leads 
to './' instead off '../index.html'. I suppose this is a bug.

Fixed in Doc/tools/support.py revision 1.4.8.1.  The trunk
does not need this change since it already does the right thing.
