The function gmtime is in the calendar module, but is
highly related to the functions in the time module. I
therefore suggest that chapter 6.9 "Time access and
conversions" mention the existance of the gmtime function.

Furthermore I would suggest that the gmtime function
would suit better in the time module than the calendar
module, but I will make this a separate request for
enhancement...
