The last line of Tools/faqwiz/faqw.py prints timing
statistics *after* the end of the output as indicated
by the </html>.  This line would be better kept
commented out in the distribution.

Thanks for the report.  It's a bit late in the 2.3 release cycle to fix
this now.  I'll simply remove it for 2.3.1.
