Quicktime only wraps Movies.h (and, since a couple of 
minutes, most of ImageCompression.h) but it should wrap all 
the other quicktime headers too. In addition, there's various 
C API calls where it's valid to pass a NULL pointer, but this 
isn't possible from Python.
