The document of difflib refers to an article published by
DDJ.
www.python.org/doc/current/lib/module-difflib.html

  http://www.ddj.com/
"Pattern Matching: The Gestalt Approach" by John W.
Ratcliff & D. E. Metzener

Luckily, this article is available on DDJ's site, so why not
add a link to that URI?

Usually, we don't put in links unless pretty sure that the
link will remain valid for a long time. The DDJ site is
relatively stable, but it is still a judgement call.

I've committed the change as Doc/lib/libdifflib.tex
revisions 1.17 and 1.15.10.1.
