The URL given in the colorsys documentation (section
14.7 in the Python 2.3 Library Reference) for the color
FAQ now gives a 404. I believe this is it's new location:

Thanks for noticing.  It was fixed in 2.4 but it didn't get backported.  Now 
fixed as rev. 1.1.48.1 on Doc/lib/libcolorsys.text .
