c.f. Original bug report: '[884085] OSATerminology is broken'. A 
corrected copy of OSATerminology.c is attached. This is working 
code taken from appscript package, tested myself on OS 10.2.6 
+ MacPython 2.3 and with no reports of any problems from other 
users.
