In 2.4a1, installed from the MSI installer, IDLE
doesn't open the CHM file to display the Python help
pages, instead it opens a browser which displays
http://www.python.org/doc/current.

I have no idea if this is related to the MSI installer
or not.

If IDLE can't find the .chm files it will use the website.
